RESPONSABILITATI

- Expense Reports Preparation/Checking using Microsoft Excel for the entire department
- Business trips monitoring and sums spent by local CMK
- Scorecards updating (shares, equity, ORS etc)
- Atlas, Masterplan and Budget tracking tool updating
- Placing PRs in purchasing application
- Invoice tracking
- Codes mySAP invoices received from suppliers
- Accruels set-up at FYE
- MrGrid updates (loads CRP, bidding forms, summary)
- Photocopies (factbook preparation for the local CMK managers)
- Color printing
- Organizing lunches, trainings, meetings
- Booking rooms and other technical devices
- Preparing miscellaneous charts or reports (if needed)
- Making/ checking various Romanian ¿ English translations
- Other (depending on needs)
