RESPONSABILITATI

- Taking/leaving messages, copies, faxes, correspondence, assistance in preparing meetings, bookings
- Scheduling appointments, composing correspondence
- Recording minutes of meetings;
- Follow-up and make a status report on different tasks given by the General Manager and Supply Chain Department
- Handling all written and confidential materials on behalf of the department
- Coordinate the travel arrangements
- General files, keep records of documents for the SC Department and General Manager
- Organize training logistics


CERINTE

- University degree
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
- 1-3 years experience in an administrative role
- Very good Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Ambitious, organized, dynamic, adaptable
- Team player
