RESPONSABILITATI

For the Romanian office, PETERKA & PARTNERS is looking for an Administrative Assistant with relevant experience in an international professional environment, able to serve our local team and to deal with a wide range of administrative tasks.


CERINTE

• Fluent English (other foreing languages represent an asset)
• At least 2 years of full-time working experience in an international professional environment
• Strong computer skills (good level of Microsoft Office package is a must)
• Excellent communication skills and multi-tasking ability
• Dedicated and highly organized
• Able to deal with diverse administrative and organizational duties (document processing, telephone screening and agenda scheduling, travel arrangements; involvement in primary accounting reports or marketing activities may be requested etc.)
• Willing to learn new things and show open attitude
