Role Purpose:
• To support Organizational Development activities
• To provide administrative support to the Bucharest Procurement Centre Team and Leader:
o Overall Department General Administration and Calendar Administration for the BPC Leader
o Recruitment Assistant
o Procurement Process Responsibilities

Key deliverables:
• Accurate planning and administration of business meeting, business calendar for the Bucharest Procurement Center Leader
• Effective and efficient coordination of Recruiting (interviewing) activity of the Bucharest Procurement Center
• Accurate and timely administration of logistics for meetings, events etc. of the Bucharest Procurement Center
• Role model (knowledge, skills, attitude, behavior), supporting a high customer satisfaction score
