RESPONSABILITATI

Manage Managing Director's Schedule:
- Organizes the business agenda of the MD
- Prepares the meeting agenda prior to meetings and provides needed background information to the MD.
Administrative Support:
- Takes phone calls and gives information forward as required
- Writes and sends messages (by fax or e-mail) of the MD to foreign partners
- Translates and edits texts from/ into German and English.
- Conceives and writes documents, studies, reports, minutes, when required by the MD
- Completes the Daily Attendance System for the MD department
Supports the Marketing activities
Liaise with the Board Members:
- Organizes meetings the Board of Management, dealer events or salesmen training and other, prepares the necessary documents and other related details (such as catering, when needed).
Arrange travel:
- Organizes internal and external trips of the employees from the MD department


CERINTE

Bachelors degree, idealy in Marketing
English and German language advanced
Computer proficiency
3 years experience in successfully supporting senior managers
Multinational environment exposure
Project- related experience in a corporate environment
Compentencies:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, punctual, meticulous
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong ethical skills
• Ability to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Ability to filter information and assess priorities
