ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

with main responsibilities:

ensuring all functions of the office are being coordinated and that office needs are being fulfilled
acting as lead resource for administrative and secretarial support and back-up for other employees while on vacation
administrative tasks such as photocopying and creating binders or materials, faxing, coordinating meetings, mailing packages, ordering office supplies, maintaining the company's filing system, booking job travels
communicating with all departments of a company and mother company
negotiating the commercial contracts with sub suppliers
invoicing, preparation of documents for external accounting
managing the General Manager agenda


CERINTE

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

university Degree in business administration or final year of studies
excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office
fluent English
organized, responsible, resistant
good understanding of figures
