- Reads and routes incoming mail. Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence to be answered
- Composes and types routine correspondence
- Organizes and maintains file system, files correspondence and other records
- Answers and screens telephone calls and arranges conference calls if the case
- Coordinates schedules and makes appointments for Executives as needed
- Greets scheduled visitors and conducts to appropriate area or person
- Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities
- Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials
- Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes
- Orders and maintains supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance
- Communicates professionally and diplomatically with co-workers and business partners giving and receiving information.

- University degree
- Professional experience: at least 1 year of administrative work experience
- Advanced proficiency using MS Office software, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good command on English
