ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST (GERMAN)

Your main responsibilities include:

* Billing process for different business units including relation with other internal departments;
* System support and database setup maintenance;
* Creation Of Project codes;
* Ensuring compliance to all group policies and maintain records to enable audit;
* Timely submission of tracker related to cycle time, KPI etc.
* Specific tasks at quarter ends (analysis of operating costs, accrued/deferred gross up);
* Assist in reconciliation of AR to GL and PA to GL for their respective entities;
* Ensure complete documentation of processes handled by the team and compliance with ICS requirements.


CERINTE

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

* A Bachelors degree in Accountant field is required ;
* Prior experience in an Accounts Receivables;
* Proficiently able to communicate in English and German;
* Team-player with high ethical standards;
* Knowledge of Computers and MS office (Excel);
* Worked in shared services environment and knowledge of SLA/ Quality;


Nice to have skills:

* Experience working with Oracle (or any ERP system).
