Ensuring process SLA (Service Level Agreement) are met;
Ownership of allocated purposes and ensuring all process deadlines are met;
Processing accounts payable/GL using specific accounting systems;
Manage all customer service issues in a proactive & timely manner, including service delivery, service level, service performance;
Active participation in team building efforts, team and company’s driven activities.
Graduate in finance/ accounting/ economics;
Knowledge of working in a Finance / Accounting Company;
Good command of Spanish and English language;
Customer Service Orientation;
Ability to work with speed and accuracy;
Excellent MS Office operating system.
