Operational responsible for the accountant production for expenses team so that deadlines could be met with accuracy;
Responsible for monitoring the process and the procedures implementation according to the contractual conditions between SG and EBS;
Responsible for developing and maintaining the expertise needed within his/her team, in order to achieve the target;
Responsible for overseeing the security of the operations under his/her supervision;
In charge of asking and overseeing the team access into the IT applications, following the security procedures;
Supervises the management of anomalies and complaints;
Realise the first level of permanent supervision, consolidates the performance and activity indicators, indentifies the improvement needs and make sure they are implemented after validation;
Check and validate the accountancy operations made by the junior accounts payable;
Check the invoices accuracy, in order to respect the accounting and tax legislation;
Reports to the EBS management on the production quality and workload.

Strong accounting academic background (preferably A.S.E. – Accounting and Information Management Faculty or Finance, Insurance, Banking and Stock Exchange);
Strong accounting knowldege;
ERP application knowledge (Oracle is considered an advantage);
Analytical abilities, initiative, quality orientated person;
Experience in people management;
Good IT/ Office applications knowledge (Excel, Word, Access);
Advanced level of French and English;
Specialised training organized by Societe Generale;
