- Daily recording of the bank statements and ensure that they will be correctly archived
- Daily reconciliation with colleagues regarding the payments/ receipts
- Use the internal and external contacts in order to ensure that the bank statements will reach in due time in Account Payable Office
- Daily recording of the expense reports, advance requests and ensure that they will be correctly archived
- Daily preparing the receipts and the cash payment orders in order to be signed by Financial Director
- Prepare accounts in accordance with Romanian Accounting Standards
- Monthly reconciliation of the bank accounts balances
- Monthly reconciliation with the employees regarding the advances/ expense reports
- Co-operate with other departments according to the needs of Tax & Accounting department
- Minimum 1 year in financial/ accounting field
- University Degree in Economics
- Solid accounting knowledge
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Fluency in English
