Receiving and introducing the invoices using specific accounting system;
Check the accuracy of the invoices, in order to respect the accounting and tax legislation;
Assess, review and interpret the information to identify any issues in the documents;
Involved in preparing reports regarding daily production;
Alert the management on all risk issues;
Colaborate with accounting teams in order to solve all encountered issues.
• Accounting academic background (preferably A.S.E. – Accounting and Information Management Faculty or Finance, Insurance, Banking and Stock Exchange)
Accounting previous experience and ERP application knowledge (is considered an advantage);
Analytical abilities, attention to details, quality orientated person;
Good IT/ Office applications knowledge (Excel, Word, Access);
Advanced level of French and medium level of English;
