Management and entry of invoices related to Advertising contributions
Credit note management
Checking Credit notes Intercompany flow
Verify after sales goods flows
Verify and posting Custom Office flow and documents
Management of In Warranty repair cost (invoices, payments, WISESAP Interface)
Management of monthly accruals
At least two years solid Account Payable experience
Fluency in French, Italian, Spanish and good command of English is a must
Keen to take ownership responsibility
Proactive in solving day to day issues
Ability to pick up new tasks quickly
Good communication and development skills
Team player
Flexible approach
Experience of Oracle or SAP Accounts Payable systems preferable
Good all round Excel skills.
