Responsibilities:
-Opening incoming scanned invoices in workflow tool
- Checking the supplier data and details in the ERP system
-Entering correct data into workflow tool performing online checks as specified in the process
- Sorting incoming invoices
- Communicating and clarifying with suppliers
- Proactive controls for avoidance of future errors
- Updating the working procedures periodically
Requirements:
-FLUENT German / Dutch / Swedish/ Polish/ Turkish AND English
-GERMAN (B2-C1)+ENGLISH (C1-C2)
-DUTCH (B2-C1)+ ENGLISH (C1-C2)
-SWEDISH (B2-C1)+ENGLISH (C1-C2)
-POLISH (B2-C1)+ ENGLISH (C1-C2)
-PORTUGUESE (B2-C1)+ ENGLISH (C1-C2)
-TURKISH (B2-C1)+ ENGLISH (C1-C2)
- Accounting knowledge – basic level
- Work experience with and ERP system (advantage)
- University graduate (Economic studies are an advantage)
- Working experience required (6 month- 1 year) ON A ACCOUNTS PAYABLE POSITION
- Organised personality with attention to details and customer orientation
- Communicative and willingness to learn
