¿ Creat training materilas for accounting teams and set up the measurement;
¿ Ensure knowledge transfer:
¿ Act as process expert in AP, AR and GL areas;
¿ Sharing best practices within the organization;
¿ Perform regular data collections, evaluate and report new hires¿ and trainees¿ professional development;
¿ Conduct training to new hires and identify training needs;
¿ Work closely with Finance and Accounting Operations Managers and Genpact¿s international training team to achieve maximum result.
At least 2 years practical hands on experience;
¿ Excellent knowledge of accounting, Chartered Accountant/ACCA degree;
¿ Functional expertise ¿ incl. understanding of finance processes, shared service environment and SAP and/ or Oracle systems;
¿ Outstanding presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;
¿ Ability to effectively share process/business knowledge with others;
¿ Strong PC skills;
¿ Fluent English; multilingual language capabilities is an advantage
¿ Excellent organization skills.
