•Responsibility for processing General Ledger activities to ensure that the KPIs related to these activities are achieved
•Ensure staff within his/her supervision have the right skills and training to be able to deliver the services at minimum risk at all times
•Provide subordinate staff with regular feedback on the contribution they are making to the business
•Assist in staff motivation of operational area to achieve required staff satisfaction targets
•Actively participate on innovation and continuous improvement on service delivery
•Bachelors degree in accounting
•3+ years of accounting experience/ experience with accounting systems
•Deep General Ledger experience
•Advanced English is essential
•Advanced Excel and Word skills are essential
•Ability to coach & motivate team members
•Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure
•Flexibility, especially in the closing periods
