- Prepares accounts in accordance with Romanian Accounting Standards, IAS, US or UK GAAP
- Review of reports – management and statutory reports
- Review of standard/regular correspondence with clients
- Client liaison
- Relationship with state authorities
- Preparing correspondence that is not standard or regular
- Coordinates the activity of accountants and junior accountants for which he/she is responsible
- Keeps up to date with changes in local accounting and tax legislation and informs superiors on the changes
- Identifies particular risks related to the client transactions. Such risks refer to, but are not limited to primary accounting documents, tax and legal aspects
- Proven experience with Romanian Accounting Standards, IAS, US or UK GAAP
- Strong people management skills
- Ability to coordinate teams
- Good English skills
- Possibility to further develop his/her career within a well-known accounting company
