The Executive Search Division of Adecco Romania is looking for an Accountant (determined period contract) for one of its partners, an important FMCG company located in Bucharest
Job profile
The economist/ accountant is in charge of one or more of the following activities, for different business area:
1. MANAGING/ HANDLING COMPANY ACCOUNTS
- Analyzes/ checks the accounts – periodically issues the balance report per categories of accounts
- Monitors, checks and re-conciliates the expenses per cost centre, together with department representatives
- Drafts monthly estimations for expenses, per accounts and cost centers.
2. SUPPLIERS & CLIENTS (others than POS)
- Introduces/ checks/ records/ archives invoices
- Contracts: checks the existence and ensure the archiving of contracts
- Checks the balances
- Calculates the differences in the course of foreign currency and re-evaluates the balances for external suppliers and clients
3. ASSETS IN COURSE OF CONSTRUCTION & FIXED ASSETS
- Records the invoices for assets in course of construction
- Monitors the project codes (ensures that all steps from assets in course of construction to fixed assets are followed through)
- Records the reports for reception of assets (per specific accounts)
- Checks the monthly report/ posting of amortizations
- Issues the monthly situation for ins/outs for Assets in course of construction and fixed assets (rite offs and sales)
4. Other responsibilities
- Computes the values of taxes (ex: Environment Fund, Cinematography Fund etc.).
Working experience: 1 – 3 year experience as an accountant or a similar job
Education: University degree – economical profile
PC skills: Microsoft Office, experience in working with SAP
Languages: English – conversational level
