RESPONSABILITATI

for daily bookkeeping operation to be delivered within time frame and best quality;
to ensure that all accounting documents and transactions are complying with local law and tax regulations;
to keep up to date with changes in the accounting and tax regulation;
to support the monthly and periodic statutory reporting process;
to support the monthly Group reporting process, in line with group accounting rules;
to input bank payments;
to keep cash and petty cash register;
to work with state authorities for labor related issues;
to maintain employee files and the HR filing system;
to ensure that the department systems and procedures are maintained and that the HR records are accurate and up-to-date;
to provide support for the annual appraisal system;
to assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.


CERINTE

University degree (Finance or Economics);
Perfect communication skills (English), both verbal and written;
Good knowledge of PC- Ms office (advanced Excel, Word), accounting tools- ERP (IFS would be a plus);
Excellent attention to details;
Self-starter and able to work without supervision;
Able to work as a part of a team;
Problem solving approach;
Very good organization skills, punctuality, preciseness and accuracy;
Very good communication skills, open and friendly character.
