RESPONSABILITATI

Responsible to:
maintain the purchase order register;
post and record invoices;
maintain the contact with the suppliers;
prepar payment runs and post the payments to the system;
perform bank reconciliations;
monthly reviewing of balance sheet, income statements;
preparing month end journals;
provide support for the management team;
draw up monthly financial reports required by the company.


CERINTE

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:
University degree (Finance or Economics);
Perfect communication skills (English), both verbal and written;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, Word and Outlook Express;
Software skills - Sun;
Excellent attention to details;
Self-starter and able to work without supervision;
Working knowledge of French desirable;
Able to work as a part of a team;
Problem solving approach;
Very good organization skills, punctuality, preciseness and accuracy;
Very good communication skills, open and friendly character;
Complete confidentiality of office related matters.
