We are searching for an Accountant, who will report to our VP Finance, and will be in charge with accounting operations for our Netherlands Headquarters:
Main Responsibilities:
• Providing chronological, correct and updated record of all accounting documents;
• Preparing bank documents (payment orders);
• Responsible for relationship with banks where the company has opened accounts;
• Preparing monthly review synthetic balance and analytical balance, as the case;
• Filling according to law required books;
• Preparing periodic legal statements tax filling , fees and other budgetary obligations;
• Responsible for correct registration of documents under specific procedure.
• Providing support for the internal auditor during the internal audit process
• Providing support for Finance Director during the financial audit process
• Economic studies completed (preferably finance, accounting);
• Certification of Chartered Accountant – is a plus;
• Minimum 5 years Accounting/Finance experience
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel);
• Detail oriented with very good analytical skills;
• Good interpersonal skills, proactive attitude.
• Advanced knowledge of English;
