Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Chief Accountant
• Preparing all relevant accounting documents including journal entries
• Records, classifies, and summarizes financial transactions and events in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
• Compiles financial information and assists in the preparation of reports
• Assisting with monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
• Offering support in preparation of statutory financial statements
• Initiates and processes journal entries into various accounts
• Assistance with submission of fiscal statement to the authorities: VAT, income tax, local taxes
• Preparing and submitting the periodical declarations with the Fiscal Administration
• Offering support with accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Monitoring the balance stock reports and making sure they are correct
• Conducting the inventory procedures
• Assisting in procedures involving tax computations and returns
