Responsibilities:
Prepare primary accounting, with close follow up on accounts payable, accounts receivable and VAT; Monthly elaboration of trial balance and general ledgers, as well as half-yearly and annual balance sheet, according to the legal requirements;
Manages the relation with fiscal and administrative authorities;
Monitoring of all company contracts (operations and administrations);
Domestic operations declaration for state authority;
Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.
On behalf of our client, a leading multinational company active in real estate field, we are looking for an Accountant.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in general accounting (real estate or accounting services experience is an advantage);
Very good knowledge of the Romanian accounting and taxes low (IFRS knowledge is an advantage);
Familiarity with Wizcount or other financial accounting software;
Fluency in English verbal and written;
Excellent organizational, analytical skills and capacity to deal with deadlines;
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
