Issues and imports in SAP all advertising invoices (including barter, paid inserts copies of invoices):
- weekly invoices to direct clients
- monthly invoices to all clients including Agencies, penalty invoices,invoices online
- stornos (whenever requested)
- foreign clients
Daily checking of advertisement clients’ payments.
Monthly check of commission calculation.
Monthly closing / statistics and Swiss report/advanced income
Analyze and close old and current barters agreements.
Bachelor degree (preferably, Faculty of Accounting is an advantage)
Good command of English
Good PC skills: MS Office
Mature teamplayer, patient, detail oriented and able to work independently and accurately
