The individual will be required to work as end to end SME for Accountant Payable for designing solutions to deliver AP and T&E services for Genpact clients. Typical projects would include functional guidance for ERP implementation, suggesting best practices and implementation of accounting tools and platforms.
Drive process excellence in AP processes using six-sigma/ lean methodologies and domain expertise to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
She / He should be a team player and should be able to freely and decisively communicate with the Internal and External stakeholders including the project management team.
The individual should have excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to work with ambiguous and incomplete details would be necessary
The individual should have the ability to train new resources for efficient delivery of AP operations.
Educational Requirement:
Accounting qualification followed by 6 to 8 years of experience in accounts department
CA / CPA Intermediate (Preferred)
CA/CPA/ MBA Finance from a reputed university (not mandatory)
Required Language Skills:
English B2,C1
Any other European Language: B1
Required Special Skills :
Strong operations experience in AP Domain
Hands-on experience on any of the major ERP platforms, preferably Oracle or SAP and specialized tools like workflows, T&E platforms, etc
Exposure in large accounting department handling Accounts Payable or T&E
Very good Excel and power point skills. Good Visio skills are desired
Domain knowledge in procurement and/or sourcing will be added advantage
Project management and consultative assignments in previous experiences
Experience in Big 4 in consulting or Audit will have a preference
