For one of our clients, one of the most successful airlines on the local market, Adecco Professional Placement is recruiting an:

Account Payable Specialist
The Accounts Receivable Administrator to properly account for all movements (receipts, consumption, and invoices) related to aircraft spare parts and tools. Also, the accounts payable specialist will maintain the accuracy of the spare parts vendors’ database and reconcile statements of account.
Works closely with the purchasing department, understanding all specifics of the spare parts related procedures (acquisition, receipt, consumption etc.).
Operates the company’s inventory management software entering the invoices related to spare parts acquisition therein. Ensures all three-way-matching (purchase order-receipt-invoice) issues are properly addressed, liaising with all departments involved in the process (acquisitions, warehouse management, treasury etc.).
Uses the existing interface with Navision to post all transactions (receipts, consumptions, invoices etc.). Maintains the spare parts vendors database (in Navision and operational software) up to date.
Upon request, may generate inventory reports, payable ageing or reconciliation of accounting vs. operational software data/inventory physical count;


Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
2+ years of Accounts Payable management/warehouse management business experience
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Word, Excel and Outlook
English proficiency: advanced
Working knowledge of Microsoft NAV
Hands-on operator, someone who will address the issues that surface on a daily basis
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, someone who can communicate with team members and can clearly articulate complex concepts, ideas and processes
Excellent telephone skills, someone who can record accurate and detailed messages
Dedicated, driven, energetic, resourceful, and committed person who operates effectively with minimum guidance
Takes appropriate initiative and is capable of handling increasing amounts of responsibility
Ability to prioritize, multi task and meet deadlines
