Closely with the SG Private Banking Switzerland entity, your accountability will be to ensure and maintain the quality of production of accounting and these reports :
Accounting Third Party Job: the candidate will master the accounting third party process below (and tools part “IT/Office applications” page 6) :
* Account payable :
* Collection, recording and controlling of invoices and related VAT
* Cash receipts follow-up
* Treatment of fixed assets (e.g. recording of entries / retirements sorties,
amortizations, depreciations,...)
* Expenses accounts treatments :
* Cash receipts follow-up
* Control of Group expenses policy (travels, meat, …)
* Expenses accounts reporting
Project Job:
* the candidate will has already work on :
* Specification or expression of requirement
* Running and analysis Tests
* Recording the results (anomalies analysis and corrections)
A training will be delivered in the following areas:
* Organisation of Societe Generale Group
* Financial & Accounting IT systems
* Swiss GAAP accounting rules (and IFRS, following the tasks requirement)
* Swiss GAAP taxation rules (and IFRS, following the tasks requirement)
* Dedicated training sessions will be organized depending on the specificities of the entities
