- Collection, recording and controlling of invoices and related VAT;
- Payment / banking data check & follow-up;
- Processing of fixed assets;
- Expenses processing workflow;
- Accruals calculation;
• Initially: contributes to the transfer in Bucharest of accounting production currently performed in Luxembourg 2-3 months);
• Training with the local Luxembourg staff :
• Once the process is transferred, he/she will perform the accounts payable production on his perimeter;
After the training period, no regular mobility should be required.
• Academic record in Accounting, Finance, (Academy of Economic Studies of Bucharest);
• French: Advanced / English: Advanced (would be a plus)
• Experience Accountant Payable activities and Travel and Expenses;
• Basic experience in accounting activity;
• Self control and open-mindedness.
