RESPONSABILITATI

Build and develop business relationship with the key customers based on turnover, market share, Distribution, channel assortment, Customer profitability;
Support Business Head in developing country/channel/customer plans (forecasting customer sales, new products launch / listing, identifying new opportunities for the brand, implementation of the consumer promotional campaigns);
Responsible for managing customer investments within predefined budget (orders, invoices, deliveries);
Responsible for developing the Customer Business Plan, report on competitors activities, detailed analysis of customer development;
Secure the Company's yearly business and growth in the given key customers through yearly negotiations and contracts;
Regular meeting with the customers for business planning and review;
Regular visits in the field to check the in-store implementation of the Company's products and promotions, as well the activity of the merchandising team (over 50% travel required);
Regular meetings with the logistic department of the customers in order to improve Key Account service level.


CERINTE

Very good knowledge of FMCG Romanian market
Some people management experience
Experience in Key Account Management
Basic financial knowledge
Very good team player, committed, results oriented, dynamic and able to work under pressure.
Able to travel extensively (>60%)
Fluency in English, computer skills
University degree
