Overall responsible for attracting new SME clients, managing client relationships, offers, offering clients banking products and credit facilities, in line with the policy in place for the SME client sector.
-Offer competent advice to potential or established clients and branches/offices on SME banking products and services, in order to convince them to become our clients by meeting their needs and demands;
-Responsible for professionally representing the bank during the contact with clients;
-Acquire potential clients by contacting them by phone and create sales leads to branches/offices;
-Responsible for complaints management, identification of cross-selling opportunities and also follow up on offers already sent, credits already disbursed, product developments;
-Make weekly reports and perform portfolio analysis to identify new opportunities;
-Follow up on offers already sent, report progress and achievements on sales, analyze performance, initiate and follow up on after sales;
-Cover other specific tasks delegated by the superior, as justified by the business needs;
-Academic background in economy or related subjects;
-Specialized training in communication, selling skills, negotiation skills or financial analysis is considered to be an advantage;
-Knowledge of NBR rules and regulations;
-Minimum 2 years banking experience, preferably in a client position;
-Experience with lending and SME’s and legal aspects of it;
-Experience in analyzing large quantities of data;
-Very good communication skills (both oral and written communication, active listening);
-Customer oriented selling skills;
-To be able to sell by phone and face-to-face contacts;
-Teamplayer with ambition and energy, decisiveness and discipline;
