Account Manager – Customer Service B2B
Reports to: VP of Marketing and Sales (located abroad)

Responsibilities:
•Provide timely, consistent and accurate support and account management via emails, phone and direct contact. From order placement till shipping to clients;
•Follow up with customer on purchase order receipt and all data/information required for optimal execution of orders.
•Coordinating between customer and relevant entities within the company (Marketing, Development, Production planning);
•Balancing between customer's needs and company's needs.


CERINTE

Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree (Business administration and/or economics);
•Prior experience in B2B companies;
•Prior customer service experience;
•English - required full proficiency. French – advantage.
•Good PC skills (MS Office);
