RESPONSABILITATI

-Monitor deteriorating portfolio segments and Watch List credits; manage early-stage problem loan situations;
-Analyze the potential financial loss for the bank and advise on the amount of provisions to be taken;
-Evaluate the bank s position, documentation, collateral and ultimate collectability of deteriorating and problem loans; review the accuracy of credit ratings;
-Negotiate and/or assist in negotiations with all stakeholders (management, advisers, directors, other creditors etc.) the necessary changes in financial structure, possible management changes, (re)organization of production & (financial) administration, sale of (parts of) the companies assets or shares.
-Perform extensive analysis on both economic and legal issues, in order to properly advise on strategy;
-Implement and execute strategy (restructuring or recovery) for designated credit files.


CERINTE

-University degree in economics and/or law;
-At least 3 years of bank experience, ideally in credit structuring/ corporate lending;
-Problem solving attitude - initiative, proactive approach, ''can-do''attitude;
-Able to make sound and accurate business decisions;
-Ability to handle sensitive situations and to perform under pressure;
-Able to communicate efficiently;
-Fluent English, verbal and written.
