Account Manager

Our Client ….
… is a a world leader in the design and manufacture of wiring and communication products, providing solutions for Electrical and Network Connectivity applications.
The client is searching for Account Manager based in Bucharest that will implement Datacom market strategies, plans and activities in support of profitably achieving Corporate and EMEA targets, goals and objectives, within budget, for the designated territory, as directed by the Regional Manager, Datacom.

Your Profile:
• University degree or equivalent an advantage;
• At least 5 years sales experience and 3 years managerial experience;
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) and Romanian;
• Experience with multiple customers and types of customers
• Computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, Autocad).

Your Duties:
• Produce sales forecasts for designated territories, as required.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with existing and potential end-users and business partners to identify new opportunities and stimulate demand for products.
• Monitor competitor sales, marketing activities and pricing levels, and give feedback to EMEA management.
• In co-operation with Electrical Account Managers, identify potential new end-users, partnerships and/or business opportunities.
• In co-operation with business partners lead infrastructure projects for key customers.
• Create, develop and improve company position as leading infrastructure solution supplier, particularly for Finance and Government markets.
• Develop, manage and deliver Sales training to business partners.
• Submit weekly itinerary and analysis of promotional and marketing visits to area management.
• Maintain comprehensive customer lists and files for the designated territory.
• Provide feedback to management on customer demand and product needs for the Datacom market. Also provide management with input, data and information for the preparation of business plans.
• Monitor and report on customer satisfaction with the quality of products and services.
• To comply with Company policies and procedures.
