RESPONSABILITATI

The ideal candidate has to negotiate buying and selling rates in compliance with our company procedures and policies.
The candidate must know how to identify clients needs in terms of financial terms, industry trends, destinations and prices.
Achieving sales targets as set by senior management team.
Analyzing the daily sales reports and taking proactive actions in order to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring an excellent account management.
Achieving a deep understanding about the company services and products and also about the Customer contractual details - billing terms, payment history; Customer profile, needs, products and services.
Gathering competitive intelligence and being aware of market trends and developments.
Maintaining a good communication with the support departments (NOC, Routing) and ensure full customer satisfaction by effectively using the tools and resources provided by the company.
Building solid business partnerships by achieving a high level of trust and rapport with key decision makers.
Being aware on day by day trading opportunities, targets, market rates, floor rates and other industry related specific indicators.


CERINTE

Good English reading & writing comprehension Skills (Spanish or Russian will be plus)
Strong communication skills

Required Experience:
Previous sales experience would be a plus
Telecom background would be an asset
