RESPONSABILITATI

Implement communications in universities worldwide for a range of projects
Support the Account Manager with projects for clients such as Airbus and Total (e.g. documentation management, databases management)
Event organisation and logistics for events on campus and at conferences worldwide
Conduct data analysis and online research to develop reports for clients for a range of projects
Conduct background research to develop new recruitment and communication projects for international clients

Marketing, communication and presentation skills
Analytical skills, attention to detail, able to produce high quality written reports and presentations
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Sociable and comfortable working in an international team and on international projects
Quick to learn and to adapt to a new working environment
Innovative and creative
Confident with good interpersonal and networking skills
Excellent written and spoken English (French or another language would be an advantage but is not mandatory)
Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
Basic technical skills (i.e. Excel, online search engines)

Useful experience could include
Experience within a communications agency or within a company marketing or HR department
Experience in organising events
Experience in managing suppliers
Organising or participating in activities with university career or international offices, or with student associations
