RESPONSABILITATI

· Responsible for account planning and service delivery.
· Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure all services are being delivered in a timely and professional manner while adding value at all stages.
· Liaise with internal departments.
· Coordinate with Relationship Managers:
· Act as country Relationship Manager of a decentralized Pan-European client manage service delivery for allocated countries.
· Produce regular training updates on the markets of the assigned countries.
· Identify and implement new services and products: working independently withal departments and clients to develop and implement new services and products to meet their requirements and facilitate roll out across other accounts.
· Ensure customer satisfactions and identify key changes necessary to improve the customer experience whilst optimizing cost to serve.
· Ensure the client is well briefed of all activities occurring within the account in a timely manner.
· Prepare and schedule review meetings with your clients with the support of the relevant EU team members.
· Responsible for client retention. Ensure re-sign discussions are initiated with the client one year prior to its termination and successfully carry out a re-sign process with the support of the Strategic Relationship Manager and/or Head of department.

Coordination of service delivery to Pan-European energy users plus country Relationship Management role within the International Relationship Management Team.
This will involve coordinating different departments (Sales, Relationship Management, Operations, Carbon, Energy Management & Reporting, Trading Desk, Analytics and Strategy) in order to deliver services in a timely and effective way.

· Fluent in expressing thoughts and commercial ideas.
· +5 years of relevant experience;
· Excellent commercial awareness including profit & loss understanding.
· Engaging and leading staff in other functions within the business.
· Able to identify complex client requirements and develop appropriate solutions, products and services.
· Capable to understand and translate complex processes, markets and systems.
· Very good time-management, confident working under pressure and toward deadlines.
· Multi-tasker able to delegate and pay attention to detail at the same time.
· Excellent work attitude and available for regular European travel.
· Fluency in English.
