Introduces and checks in system the input documents and in case there are errors does the adjustments;
Checks out monthly analytical concordance between designated accounts to Trial balance;
Performs cash register operations
Issues customer invoices in accordance with contractual terms and agreements
Verifies documents within expense reports
Booking of bank transactions, cash transactions, customer invoices, expense reports, travel reports and other operations, upon the case
Monthly verification of cash, bank, advances, guarantees and accounts receivable balances
Performs dunning procedures for overdue customer invoices
Collaborates in keeping accurate and up to date financial records and accounting, as well as saving computer data;
Performs the tasks set hierarchy;
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance
Professional education in business economics
Good knowledge of Accounting system and legislative requirements
Organized person, structured and logical thinking, fairness, punctuality
Flexibility, continuous improvement, efficient time management
Ability to work under pressure during peak periods and respecting the deadlines
Good teamwork abilities
Ability to use specific accounting software
Knowledge and experience in local and international financial matters
CECAR qualification is a plus
English (fluently), other foreign languages desirable
Furthermore, computer literacy (Word, Excel) is necessary
