After successful results in applying the ISO 9001 Standards, IIS Europe has decided to use the 6 Sigmas methodology to increase its performance in 2007. The main Objective for the IIS Quality Department in 2007 is to redesign the production system and the company¿s ERP, based on 6 Sigma, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 requirements, in order to provide the IIS Global Management with accurate information about the efficiency and the quality of the production processes.
To achieve this ambitious goal, we are recruiting for the Quality department a 6 Sigma Manager - Black Belt.
Responsibilities:
The 6 Sigma Manager will have a leading role for 6 Sigma management within the IIS Global organization. S/He will have to:
- Define the 6 Sigma implementation strategy and implement the 6 Sigma methodology in the entire organization;
- Build a coherent 6 Sigma organization; focused on productivity, reduction of timings and costs;
- Develop tools and standards methods applicable at global level;
- Be the reference on 6 Sigma methods for the quality team, providing methods and tools;
- Coordinate 6 Sigma Green Belts within the company;
- Focus on middle management trainings and train managers to Green Belt level;
- Train, support and drive 6 Sigma key projects;
- Organize workshops on 6 Sigma projects.
Background Education:
- University degree;
- Professional qualification in Quality Management;
- 6 Sigma background: Black Belt with relevant project references.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience;
- Proven expertise in 6 Sigma projects;
- Strong management/ team leading skills.
Foreign languages:
- Fluency in English;
- Other languages will be considered a plus.
