Analyze the existing reports and drive preliminary recommendations on possible actions
Prepare presentations on product portfolios on the market
Create reports on the results of the CRM campaigns in order to sustain the CRM actions: reports on campaigns, retention activities
Manipulate data bases in order to extract data, perform analyses and create presentation with conclusions and recommendation
University degree in Mathematics / Economics/ Statistics/Cybernetics;
End year student or 1 year of experience in a similar position,
Fast learner;
Good knowledge of MS Office, SPSS, Clementine or other analytic software is a plus;
Analytical thinking;
Ability to work independently;
Excellent communication skills;
Excellent problem solving and decision making skills;
Fluency in English.
