RESPONSABILITATI

The challenge involves execution of marketing plans for demand generation and awareness for HP Software products and solutions. You will be working closely with sales, local and regional resources as well as with other marketing functions within the EEM countries the region. You'll be involved through the whole product life-cycle, analyzing the competition, positioning the products, segmenting the market, deciding the marketing communication mix, analysing the market and competitors, organising campaings and events. You will be managing a regional SW marketing budget and will be accountable for the effective and efficient use of it, to support the sales goals.


CERINTE

- Bachelor s (undergraduate) degree or Master's (graduate) degree in Business Administration or Marketing or non-business/technical field of study
- minimum of 2 years experience on similar position
- Experience with corporate sector
- Experience in working with senior management and managing cross-functional teams.
- Flair for innovative product solutions
- Skills include negotiation, communication, ability to influence others, risk taker, problem solver, and project mgmt skills
- Excellent communication skills English and at least one of the local EEM languages
