RESPONSABILITATI

- witnesses and implements procedures and takes part in solving all HR issues;
- attends all HR- adminsitrative matters: recruitment, employment, payroll, working-book, administrative requests, contracts of work, statement of salaries a.s.o.;
- organizes recruitment for positions below grade 10, assigned by the direct superior;
- prepares and processes payroll and payroll related reports;
- follows up on new employees integration;
- provides advice, assistance and follow-up on implementation of company policies and procedures to all employees;
- caries out all administrative works related to employees files and documents;


CERINTE

- university degree;
- languages: English and advantage german;
- certified Human Resources Inspector;
- PC skills: Microsoft Office, specific HR software (ex.: payroll software), Internet Browsing, E-mail;
- driving license;
- administration and Payroll: 1 years;
- recruiting activities: 6 months;
- good communication skills;
- team worker and flexible;
