On behalf of our Client, a prestigious construction company, we are looking for a Site Manager based in Bucharest.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and project direction;
- Ensure through on-site supervision that the construction works are undertaken to required designs, specifications, standards and Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements
- Manage and direct associated operations such as supply, production control, and quality control;
- Coordinate own labour force, as well as subcontractors of all specializations;
- Analyze technical documentation and costs monitoring;
- Participate at the realization of the time schedule for the project, follow its respect during execution and propose solutions for any delays recovery;
- Participate at the establishment of potential sources of risk for the projects;
- Direct completion of assigned tasks within estimated time frames and budget constraints by planning operations and resources;
- Schedule and assign duties to subordinates and subcontractors and ensure assignments are completed, as directed and to standard;
- Supervise the preparation of accurate project documentation (quality documents, work situations, closing documentation, etc);
- Cooperate with Investor, Designers and other technical teams;
- Participate at the preparation/verification of tenders and work situations both for the Beneficiaries and the Subcontractors;
- Supervise and implement the EHS regulations by ensuring that safety best practices are implemented on all site activities;
APLICĂ
- 3-5 years experience in a similar position.
Background:
- Engineering Background (Major in Civil Engineering will be a plus);
- Local experience required.
