Follow project milestones, create, plan and execute test scripts, document and progress defects
Identify and report risks and issues to the test manager and/or project manager
Define the scope of testing within the context of each project
Create executive test summary reports about test results and defects
Monitor progress of test execution and defect resolution
Identify improvements to the process and assist their implementation
Ensure quality deliverables, mentor and coach colleagues
Team player and proactive personality
Autonomous, flexible and a good performer under pressure
A high level of communication skills and ability to explain technical issues to a non-technical audience
Experience of coordinating people to complete tasks
Fluency in English; German would be an advantage
