Permanently improving the transport, storage, planning and logistics activities;
Supervising the supply chain activity within the company;
Coordinating the warehousing activity (reception, storage, handling, delivery, etc.);
Determining the optimal routes and their viability;
Organising the inventory of the warehouses;
Responsible for managing the merchandise and for the records accuracy in the computer system;
Ensures communication with other departments within the company and also with the own workstations and all internal and external customers.
For our client, one of the leading food production company in Romania, based in the centre of the country, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager.
At least 5 years experience in logistics, on a position targeting national distribution;
Solid previous experience in organizing a supply chain department;
Higher education (technical education is considered an advantage);
Good and efficient planning, organizing and management skills;
Very good PC knowledge-Microsoft Office;
Proactive and results oriented attitude;
Good English knowledge;
Persevering, rigorous and organised person.
