- Identify potential site candidates within the search area as indicated by the RF Network Planning Department considering estimated RF, Electrical and Civil Works requirements;
- Verify ownership of site before signing of lease agreement; identify any potential obstructions; negotiate location lease and access conditions for Telemobil employees and contractors;
- Perform roughly feasibility research that identifies the requirements for implementation (floor space, antenna mounting, electrical, site access, building/land ownership, etc.);
- Present conceptual view of final site configuration (rooftop with antennas, etc.)
- Negotiate the lease arrangement with authorized building/landowner;
- Interface with Legal and Finance departments for any related concerns and authorization purposes.
- University degree – Technical or Economical;
- Proven experience in site acquisition is an advantage;
- Very good teamwork and communication skills;
- Ability to meet pressure deadlines and time constraints;
- MS Office (Word, Excel);
- Fluency in English;
- Driving license – B category.
