As an SEM Analyst, you will dive into a vast quantity of data to develop actionable strategies for performance improvement across domestic and international websites. You will combine your exceptional analytical skills with strong SEM strategic knowledge to develop, implement, and iterate analysis processes. You will directly drive measurable results within the programs and your work will be presented to SEM manager on a regular basis.

You will be part of a small, tight-knit team whose members are directly responsible for meeting aggressive growth and profitability targets.

CERINTE

Requirements:
• 1 – 3+ years of hands-on SEM experience, including proven track record managing Google PPC program (Yahoo and Bing PPC programs constitute an advantage).
• 1 – 3+ years relevant experience with a proven track record of leveraging data analytics to drive significant business impact.
• 1+ years experience managing multiple PPC campaigns and/or large volume accounts
• Extremely knowledgeable in SEM optimization techniques and campaign monitoring.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of Google different sets of Tools.
• Ability to interpret data to drive profitable optimization/improvements of SEM programs.
• Solid working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:
• Drive strategy for search engine marketing initiatives while meeting multiple goals including budget and ROI
• Track and analyze campaign data to proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities for performance optimization
• Implement testing strategies to continually uncover optimization levers, enhance learning and improve performance.
• Run A/B split tests for landing pages, products, and ad copy.
• Enhance the user experience by improving the quality and relevance of search engine results.
• Effectively implement, analyze, and test innovative strategies to optimize search campaigns and achieve goals and expectations.
• Report and analyze program performance and present to management on a weekly basis.
• Stay current in latest trends in online marketing and test new offerings and technologies where appropriate.
• Understanding business practices and executing paid search strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Implement optimization techniques such as keyword reactivations, restructures, and bid executions to enhance automated system.
• Plan, execute, and analyze test results around bid logic improvements, landing page optimization, and keyword-level revenue.
• Daily monitoring and assessment of performance trends.
• Investigate and communicate the impact of systemic and seasonal factors on profit.
• Manage multiple PPC accounts in Google, Yahoo and Bing.
• Provide recommendations regarding budget, keywords and ad groups for old and new campaigns.
• Manage budgets to maximize performance for each campaign.
• Analyze keyword costs, ad copy, landing pages, and cost per conversion.
• Conduct competitive research on a regular monthly basis.
