HART Human Resource Consulting is recruiting for his client, one of the most important multinational telecom company, Sales Support Engineer.
Objective:
Sales support regarding acquisition of complex telecommunication projects (counseling, preparation of performance booklet, solution design, configuration, calculation, offer elaboration, project monitoring).
Responsabilities:
- Pre sales support for communication solutions with focus on voice and data networks (communication systems and – applications, IP-infrastructure)
- Configuration and calculation of the conceived solution
- Customer-ready elaboration of the offer (technical concept description, finalizing)
- Project monitoring (partial project management) during realization
- University degree
- Specialization in the technical communications domain
- Job experience: 1-3 years is an advantage
- English - fluent
- German - good
- Project experience: effective management of (part-)projects is an advantage
- Competent appearance by customers and partners
- Widespread and detailed knowing in the voice-/data communication field
- Especially profound knowledge in communication platforms and technologies for enterprises (PBX, IP-PBX, native IP telephony, Voice over IP), communication applications (CTI, unified messaging, call/contact center, CRM, mobile solutions).
