Key responsibilities:
• is responsible for the achievement of the regional sales plans and objectives;
• initiates, develops and maintains customer relationships;
• performs sales and technical consulting activities in relation to his/her own portfolio of customers;
• prepares, submits and negotiates contracts and follows up on orders;
• monitors the market and the competition.
Candidate profile:
• University degree: engineering (metallurgy, mechanical, welding, etc.);
• minimum 3 years of sales experience (preferably industrial equipment);
• good selling, negotiation and communication skills;
• good command of English, adequate computer skills;
• willing to travel (clean driving license is mandatory);
• located in Transilvania or Banat.
