RESPONSABILITATI

- Collaborates with indirect sales team and supports Regional Indirect Sales Manager by processing information;
- Maintains regional indirect sales department work flows throughout planning and scheduling sales meetings, making travel arrangements, scheduling sales training courses;
- Ensures administrative support to the regional sales team (facilities orders, budget follow-up, legal paid leaves follow-up, forms, rented apartments etc.); answers phones, sends faxes, prepares correspondence materials;
- Prepares sales reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information; verifies the accuracy of statistics;
- Up-dates dealers and business partners database, the sales region employees’ database; the regional organizational charts and informs the indirect team about the changes.


CERINTE

- High school (University degree would be an advantage);
- Excellent communication and customer orientation skills;
- Very good analytical and problem solving abilities;
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities;
- Excellent computer skills - MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Good command of English;
- 1 year working experience in a similar position or public relations - advantage.
