Analiza etapelor proiectului din punct de vedere al costurilor si cantitatilor folosite, urmarind incadrarea in bugetul initial si eficientizarea costurilor cu materialele folosite.
Analizeaza datele cantitative primite din santier si pe baza acestora calculeaza cantitatile pentru etapele din proiect efectuate (situatie fizica de lucrari – model FIDIC);
Elaboreaza certificatul de plata care urmeaza a fi inaintat benficiarului;
Verifica documentele justificative care stau la baza certificatului de plata;
Intocmirea documentatiei suport pentru cererile beneficiarului privind modificarile cantitative si valorice ale contractului.
Experienta pe o pozitie similara de minim 4 ani.
Diploma universitara: inginer constructii (drumuri si poduri)
Alte cursuri de pregatire si atestate (cunostinte speciale necesare, ex. permis de conducere auto, protectia muncii etc., necesare in acest post):
permis de conducere “B”
